Job Title: Head of Sales Iberia

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales Iberia to lead our sales team in Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the sales team in Spain and Portugal to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese and German an advantage.
