Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales CMC Spain to lead and develop our retail business in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and SCM team to achieve sales plans for both countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the CMC retail business in Spain and Portugal
- Manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and SCM team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
- Manage relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with the Director Sales International CMC Group to align business objectives
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail business
- Substantial experience in sales and business development
- Conceptual and innovative mindset
- Pragmatic and hands-on mentality
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Additional languages such as German and Portuguese are an advantage
