About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Director to lead our CMC retail business in Spain and Portugal. As the Head of Sales for CMC in these markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the CMC retail business in Spain and Portugal
  • Manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and SCM team to achieve sales plans
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage private label business and brand business
  • International Business Development as part of the CMC Group
  • Further development of the strategic and conceptual Private Label Business

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail business, as well as supermarkets, discounters, drugstores, perfumeries, and other Beauty channels. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with scaling-up business and responsibility of big retailers. A conceptual and innovative mindset, as well as a pragmatic and hands-on mentality, are essential for this role.

Language:

Spanish and English fluently; additionally, German and Portuguese would be an advantage.
