As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the CMC retail business in Spain and Portugal
- Manage the sales, marketing, customer service, and supply chain management teams
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region
- Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail markets
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese and German a plus
