Job Title: Head of Sales Spain

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales leader to join our team at Doctoralia España as Head of Sales Spain. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and targets.
  2. Lead the Sales Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
