Spain is one of our key markets, and we need you to give it a commercial boost. You will be responsible for the effective business operation of the entire Sales org.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement highly effective sales strategy and structures - challenge our status quo, benchmark us against industry standards and raise the bar for our Sales team.
  • Be a trusted advisor and business partner to Marketing/Customer Success/Product and country leadership team - drive strategic decision-making and act as their main commercial point of contact.
  • Own quality and consistency in collaboration with the global team and local leadership.
  • Lead the Spanish sales team: Coordinate, empower and engage the team.
  • Set KPIs and evaluate performance against key metrics; identify and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Review workforce planning ensuring it captures key local priorities.
  • Create a culture that ensures collaboration and goal achievement.
  • Instill a strong business development mindset - how can we combine products, what is the best way to sell, how can we change the pricing or sales pitch, how do we best segment the customers?
  • Own business outcomes: Manage the collection, analysis, reporting of sales KPIs.
  • Analyze local processes, identifying differences and best practices, and developing solutions and processes that fit the business needs.
