Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales and marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and market share through sales, marketing, and technology product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth and profitability.
  • Assess and prioritize market opportunities, identifying key customers and feasible business prospects.
  • Lead and guide the sales team, setting sales targets and overseeing the sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with Mat Group technology solutions.
  • Generate sales leads and convert them into business development projects to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the technology industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities and prioritize business prospects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to have a real impact on business as Head of Sales and Business Development, reporting directly to the CEO. You will have the challenge of defining and executing the sales strategy for our proprietary technology platforms and direct sales on B2B and B2C.
