Head of Global Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our global sales and business development efforts. As the Head of Global Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing business strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Enforce Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales targets and strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
- Lead Sales and Field Service Teams: Manage and lead a team of sales and field service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop Business Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive sales growth and revenue.
- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with commercial partners, including agents, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all commercial activities comply with Danfoss policies and regulations.
- Contribute to Business Strategy: Actively contribute to the development of the HPP Strategy through profound market understanding.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a technical or commercial discipline, or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field paired with an MBA.
- Experience: Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years directly engaging with customers.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, including leading teams and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sales and negotiation, with a focus on driving growth and delivering results.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pump, water, or related industries, with exposure to diverse cultural environments, particularly in Asia and MEA.
