We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development and Growth to join our team at Lengow. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a high-performing team of Business Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Business Developers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to measure team and individual performance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, and Outreach.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
