About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Development Team Leader to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As a Global Head of Sales Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of 50+ Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and 6 managers to achieve exceptional results in building high-quality top-of-funnel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set objectives for the team, create sales plans, analyze data, and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Develop and implement sales cadences, craft strong messaging with the teams to maximize success, and utilize tools like Gong for consistent call coaching and training.
  • Lead meetings with market leaders to understand behaviors and trends, and brainstorm plans to increase success.
  • Guide the managers of the sales development teams, provide training and mentorship, and establish strategies to reach meeting targets.
  • Be a culture leader in the office, drive engagement and connection across the team, and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and the SDR world, with 2 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and methodology, with a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team.
  • Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR team structures.
  • Strong sales capabilities, a goal-oriented mindset, and excellent leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish a plus, but not required).
