Head of Global Sales Transformation

Qonto, a leading fintech company, is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive the transformation and optimization of its 25+ FTEs inbound sales team and sales enablement team across its global and local organizations.
About the RoleAs the Head of Global Sales, you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and be responsible for centralizing and elevating inbound sales operations and methodologies across four European markets (France, Germany, Italy, and Spain). You will partner with Country Directors to strengthen local Outbound sales teams and create a unified and highly efficient sales culture that propels Qonto's growth to the next stage.
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture a unified European sales culture, integrating inbound sales teams for French, Italian, Spanish, and German markets.
- Develop and implement a robust sales training academy, leveraging your deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Drive delivery of significant growth in lead conversion rates through strategic vision and hands-on approach.
- Work closely with international stakeholders, including Country Directors and local sales teams, to enhance outbound sales strategies and operations.
- Stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving sector by analyzing market trends and customer insights.
