About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our global SDR team. As the Global Head of Sales Development, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of 50+ SDRs and 6 managers, working closely with Account Executive teams and Marketing leaders to build go-to-market strategies and optimize sales conversations.

You will report directly to our VP of Sales, who is looking for a right-hand person to scale our sales operations successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set objectives for your team, create sales plans, and analyze data to contribute to the company's growth.
  • Craft strong messaging with the teams to maximize success and lead the managers of the sales development teams.
  • Guide your team to reach meeting targets, establish the strategy, and provide training and mentorship to the sales development teams.
  • Be a culture leader in the office and drive engagement and connection across the team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and the SDR world, with 2 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.
  • Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR team structures.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and methodology, with a strong skill set to share that knowledge with the team.
  • Lead by example, with strong sales capabilities and a goal-oriented mindset.
