We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Development Director to lead our global team of 50+ SDRs and 6 managers to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-velocity software sales teams using metrics and qualitative coaching.

Responsibilities will include setting objectives for the team, creating sales plans, analyzing data, and contributing to the company's growth.

The Sales Development Director will work closely with the Account Executive teams and managers, as well as Marketing leaders, to build go-to-market strategies and share feedback on sales conversations to optimize results.

The successful candidate will have significant opportunities to grow our highly coachable and motivated SDR teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting objectives for the team and creating sales plans
  • Analyzing data to drive team performance
  • Contributing to the company's growth through sales development
  • Working closely with Account Executive teams and managers
  • Building go-to-market strategies with Marketing leaders

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales and the SDR world, with 2 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company.

Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR team structures is required.

Fluency in English is necessary, with Spanish a plus but not required.

Experience in sales hiring processes and a strong network of sales reps are also essential.

The Sales Development Director will be based in Barcelona, Spain at our HQ, with relocation considered for the right candidate.
