Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify and approach potential clients to build new business relationships
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field and project management
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
  • Experience in identifying and approaching potential clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience leading a Sales team
