Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a high-performing sales team through recruiting, coaching, developing, and motivating sales professionals.

- Partner with and report to the Director of Sales for NEMEA, providing regular updates on sales performance and progress.

- Build tight partnerships with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales plans and strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key strategic customers.
- Create a winning culture of high performance and an engaged team by achieving below-average regrettable attrition and high sales attainment.
- At least eight years of relevant sales experience, with over three years of people management in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record as an individual contributor and leader across multiple segments, from SMB to Enterprise.
- Builder mindset, with the ability to see and execute on opportunities ahead and a track record in doing so.
- Value-based selling experience.
- Experience building and leading a region, with a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding A-Players.
- Experience coaching and enabling, with a track record of developing top-tier sales professionals.
- Advanced at building and executing a customer-expansion strategy.
- Domain expertise specifically within SEO, digital marketing, and Martech experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop effective sales plans and strategies.
- Diversity evangelism and sponsorship.
