Sales Development Representative Leader

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead our sales team and drive business development. This role combines team leadership with operational contributions to manage the sales pipeline, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and motivating your team to achieve and exceed targets. You will ensure that team members are aligned with sales strategies, equipped with necessary tools, and performing at their best.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, leading a team. They will be comfortable with phone conversations in English and French, have a taste for challenges, and a natural flair for sales. The ability to quickly assimilate and learn new products and systems is also essential.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity with a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, meal allowance, and access to a network of certified nonprofits. We offer career development and internal mobility opportunities, as well as a unique chance to progress and grow within our company.
