About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Sales Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying high-potential prospects, and developing strong relationships to drive sales growth.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify potential solutions, and develop effective strategies to drive long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of 21,180.60€ gross/year, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 2,353.40€ gross/year. Additionally, we provide relocation support, a permanent contract, and a dynamic work environment.
