About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Director to lead our EMEA sales development team. This is a critical role that will drive new pipeline generation for LumApps' growth ambitions. As a member of our Marketing & Sales development leadership team, you will contribute to our overall strategy and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives covering France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK & Nordics.
  • Build standards and coach the team to grow individually and meet objectives.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and consistently monitor the activity of the team.
  • Work closely with Revops to ensure the right tools, automations, and dashboards.
  • Be a key member of the Marketing & Sales development leadership team, contributing to our overall strategy and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales development team, ideally within a software (SaaS) sales environment.
  • Strong ability to coach young team members and motivate them.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully hire and train new sales development representatives and coach them to success.
