**Overview of the Role**

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Sales Development Director to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow your career in sales.

**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Director who can drive revenue growth by identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities with hotels, resorts and other hospitality related businesses.

This role will be responsible for:

  • BUILDING SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS THAT GENERATE SALES OPPORTUNITIES
  • DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPAND EXISTING ONES
  • CLOSES THE BEST OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PROPERTY BASED ON MARKET CONDITIONS AND PROPERTY NEEDS

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.

**Salary Range**

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Estimate Salary:** Based on the salary range provided above, we estimate that the average salary for this role will be around $150,000 per year.
