Director of Sales Development for Europe, Middle East and Africa

This Sales Development Director position is a key role in our Marketing & Sales development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Representatives and driving new pipeline generation for LumApps' growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 7 Sales Development Representatives covering France, Italy, Spain, Germany, UK & Nordics.
- Continuing to build standards and coaching the team to grow individually and meet objectives.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and consistently monitor the activity of the team.
- Work closely with Revops to ensure the right tools, automations, and dashboards.
- Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales development team, ideally within a software (SaaS) sales environment.
- Strong ability to coach young team members and motivate them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this role is between $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
