Spacewell International is a leading provider of workplace and energy management solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our international sales team in closing complex deals with medium-to-large enterprise clients.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the SaaS B2B sales process, as well as experience managing high-performing sales teams across multiple cultures. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on achieving ambitious growth targets in the energy efficiency and IoT sectors.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships with enterprise clients, driving pipeline growth, and closing new logos. They will have a solid understanding of complex sales cycles, CRM tools, and sales machine processes. Experience in managing remote teams across multiple cultures is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, flexible working hours, and a hybrid work model. Our office is located in the city centre of Barcelona, offering a friendly and talented group of colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
