Sensorfact is looking for a highly motivated Sales Leadership Position in Italy to join our rapidly growing team.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to take on a new challenge and make a real impact on our business. As the Sales Leadership Position in Italy, you will be responsible for leading our Italian sales team and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.
You will be working closely with our leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Italian market.
Your Key Responsibilities- Forecast, report on, and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets;
- Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the sales team;
- Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
- Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
- Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.
We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as 23 holidays, €500 contribution to set up/improve your home office, and travel reimbursement.
