Regional Sales Leader in Italy

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Italian sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. They should be fluent in Italian and English and have a strong background in using and optimizing CRM systems like Hubspot.
Responsibilities:- Lead the Italian sales organization and develop strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets;
- Manage and develop high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and mentorship when needed;
- Collaborate with sales leadership to provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team;
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions;
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
We are a rapidly growing scale-up that has been selected by Techleap's Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change. Our mission is to reduce energy waste in industrial companies by making energy saving easy. We do this by developing a plug-and-play Energy Management System that consists of wireless sensors and a clear online platform. Our algorithms analyze the data and detect potential energy savings, helping our customers reduce their energy bill by 5-10%.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of around €80,000 - €100,000 per year;
