Sales Director Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Italian sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams. They should be fluent in Italian and English and have a strong background in using and optimizing CRM systems like Hubspot.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Italian sales organization and develop strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets;
  • Manage and develop high-performing sales teams, providing coaching and mentorship when needed;
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team;
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Our mission is to reduce energy waste in industrial companies by making energy saving easy. We do this by developing a plug-and-play Energy Management System that consists of wireless sensors and a clear online platform. Our algorithms analyze the data and detect potential energy savings, helping our customers reduce their energy bill by 5-10%.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of around €80,000 - €100,000 per year;
  • A contract for 40 hours per week;
  • 23 holidays per year;
