Drive Commercial Growth as Regional Sales Director in France

At Sensorfact, we are looking for a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our French operations. With a proven track record of driving commercial growth and managing high-performing teams, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and revenue in the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in building and managing sales teams, with a strong background in direct outbound sales and CRM optimization. Fluency in French and business-level English proficiency are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment and possess high energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter mindset.

Your key objectives will include forecasting and achieving demand generation and revenue targets, recruiting and hiring team members, collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development, motivating the team to exceed objectives, and providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of Sensorfact. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's future and creating a smart and sustainable industry. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum (dependent on experience), a 40-hour contract, employer contributions to your pension, 27 holidays, and €500 towards setting up or improving your home office.
