Regional Sales Director France

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our French sales team focused on Predictive Maintenance and OEE. If you're passionate about scaling a fast-growing company and contributing to a sustainable impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Your ChallengeYou'll be responsible for driving the commercial growth of Sensorfact in France. This involves:
- Forecasting, reporting, and achieving demand generation and revenue targets
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your sales team
- Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development
- Motivating your team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience driving results in direct, outbound sales environments with short sales cycles
- Proficiency in using and optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other sales software
- Near-native level French speaker with business proficiency in English
- High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter mindset
