Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Spain, Italy, and France. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive business growth in these key markets.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize room, food and beverage, conference, and banqueting business under the guidance of the Head of External Sales.
- Proactively uncover new prospects and maximize conversion of business in line with hotel goals.
- Leverage relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
