Your Role

You will lead the launch strategy for Italy, collaborating with Skello teams to adapt our product and processes, recruiting a top-notch sales team, and driving sales efforts to secure clients and establish a strong foundation for expansion in Italy.

Sales Leadership

You will be the first salesperson in Italy, actively prospecting, pitching, and closing deals to secure our first clients. You will own monthly sales targets and inspire your team to exceed them, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and ownership.

Market Development

Conduct research to understand Italian market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor landscapes, developing a tailored go-to-market strategy. Represent Skello at key industry events and tradeshows, tracking key metrics for client acquisition and retention.

Internal Foundations

Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to understand customer needs and identify necessary product developments. Work closely with Marketing teams to define and implement communication strategies in Italy, setting up tools and processes for your team to achieve its target.

Requirements

A proven sales leader with at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, leadership experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams. Your salary will be around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on your skills and qualifications.
