Your Role

You will lead all initiatives to launch and expand our footprint in Italy, owning the launch strategy and collaborating with Skello teams to adapt our product and processes. Your missions include sales and client leadership, market development, and internal foundations. As Expansion Leader Italy, you will be based in one of our two hubs (Paris or Barcelona) for an initial period to benefit from support from our Operational, Marketing, and Product teams. After this period, you will relocate to Italy to get closer to customers and open a local office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Client Leadership:
    • Become the first salesperson in Italy, actively prospecting, pitching, and closing deals to secure our first clients.
    • Recruit, coach, and scale a team of Sales to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Market Development:
    • Conduct research to understand Italian market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
    • Develop a tailored go-to-market strategy and represent Skello at key industry events.
  • Internal Foundations:
    • Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to understand customer needs and identify necessary product developments.
    • Work closely with Operations teams to set up tools and processes for your team to achieve its target.
Your Profile

We seek a proven sales leader with at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, who has successfully launched or scaled a product in a new market. You should have leadership experience, recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. You must also be client-focused, understanding how to listen to customers' needs and craft solutions that solve their pain points.
