Accommodation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Contracting Representative to join our team in the Italian market. As an Accommodation Sales Contractor, you will play a key role in building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels and negotiating successful agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and influencing accommodation providers to add their establishments to our Odigeo Connect Platform via email and telephone.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with lodging providers, gathering market and customer information, and creating databases in our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Explaining Odigeo's requirements and philosophy, and transmitting enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to our partners.
- Reviewing and meeting sales performance targets.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
- Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a plus.
- People-oriented, with strong communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
- Self-motivation and teamwork, with business acumen and commercial skills.
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision, with a high level of autonomy.
