Accommodation Sales Representative

We're looking for an Accommodation Sales Representative to join our Accommodation team based in Barcelona. As a key player in our Lodging team, you will help build and grow our supplier portfolio of online accommodations by contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets. Your success will depend on negotiating new independent hotels to join our Odigeo Connect Dynamic Package Agreement in a constructive, consultative, and collaborative manner.

The RoleAs an Accommodation Sales Representative, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cold calling and influencing accommodation providers to add their establishment to the Odigeo Connect Platform via email & telephone; travelling might be required.
- Being the permanent contact person for your designated source lodging portfolio until they are fully signed.
- Gathering market and customer information and creating a database in our Customer Relationship Management system Salesforce.
- Creating a friendly, helpful relationship with the lodging provider.
- Explaining Odigeo requirements and philosophy and transmitting enthusiasm, confidence, and credibility to our partners.
- Reviewing your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in ENGLISH and at least another European language.
- Excellent sales & negotiation skills; ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
- Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a big plus.
- People-oriented: Communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy.
- Self-motivation and teamwork.
- Business acumen and commercial skills.
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision; demonstrate a high level of autonomy.
- Goals & customer oriented.
- Proficient with productivity tools: MS Office Package, Gmail, Gdocs, Gcalendar, Hangout, etc.
