We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to lead our Italian market operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our Italian clients, working closely with our sales team to understand their business objectives and align them with our capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strong affiliation network strategy, achieving your monthly goals while building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new advertisers and database owners through LinkedIn and phone calls.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and align those with Vertigo Media's capabilities.
  • Build a strong affiliation network strategy, achieving your monthly goals.
  • Manage your Editor's portfolio and edit the newsletter.
  • Analyze and optimize online campaigns.
  • Able to use tracking and analytics tools.
  • Send and follow up on business proposals in collaboration with management.
  • Negotiate prices and payment models with existing and new partners.
  • Carry out daily reporting of your lead generation activity to management.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings & reviews to share experiences and synergize the team.
Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, persistent, positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivation.
  • Natural talent for pushing yourself and customers to excel.
  • Team player with a hunger to achieve goals.
  • Languages: Italian Native Speaker and fluent in English.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary, Ticket Restaurant, Insurance, and 2.5% commission based on the profit generated from your portfolio. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with flexible working hours. Our office is located in Barcelona city center.
