We are Preply, a company unlocking human potential through learning. Our mission is to empower learners and tutors worldwide with AI-powered tools and materials. As we continue to grow, we seek an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Business team in Italy.

About the Role:

  • You will increase outbound activities to schedule meetings with potential clients, focusing on the Italian market.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Preply Enterprise offerings and identify pain points of potential clients based on ICP criteria.
  • Reach out to prospects via various channels (following Preply Sales playbook guidelines) to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Support the Sales team in attaining quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads.
  • Qualify new leads using our sales qualification framework and MEDDIC methodology.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian and English proficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accounts.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and multi-threading across different channels.
  • Good self-organization and time management skills.

Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a performance-based bonus structure.
