We are a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for the retail industry, with a strong presence in the global market. Our dynamic sales team is seeking a talented Sales Leader to join our efforts in Iberia.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our solutions to clients in the Iberian region, working closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role offers a unique opportunity to grow within our organization, building up structure and scaling sales teams while being a key influencer in our sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas for contracts/revenue through effective prospecting, pipeline management, and value-based selling.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual understanding and documentation of expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of sales experience in enterprise retail technology, with a proven track record of success.
  • A self-starter mindset, with independence, resourcefulness, adaptability, and achievement orientation.
  • A team player who is open-minded, hands-on, and down-to-earth, with excellent communication skills.
  • A customer-focused approach, with a strong background in building and maintaining positive long-term relationships with clients.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • Sales expertise: 10 years of sales experience in enterprise retail technology.
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
