This position is responsible for managing and supporting a team of team leaders who oversee the day-to-day payroll activities of their teams. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to standard payroll procedures and tool usage, help the team increase knowledge and progress within the company, and coordinate preventive and corrective actions to exceed business retention targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Leadership: Supervise and control the work carried out by your teams, reviewing methodology used to guarantee adherence to standard processes, quality, and efficiency.
  • Client Management and Satisfaction: Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis at executive level, manage and escalate incidents if not resolved by leaders.
  • Internal Coordination: Carry out regular follow-up meetings with collaborators to work through projects and initiatives, identify service, process, and product improvements.
  • Leadership Coordination: Create and articulate a vision, inspire others to action, focus on impactful communication and relationship building to develop internal and external relationships required for success.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related managerial and leadership experience in a service/operations environment.
  • Strong Spanish Payroll knowledge and excellent level of English and Spanish.
  • Microsoft Office advanced skills.
  • Ability to meet task productivity and quality standards, monitor environment, and provide regular feedback.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
