Ukio is a Barcelona-based startup disrupting the traditional residential real estate market by providing fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for stays starting at one month. Our mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want. We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, moving/buying furniture, security deposits, broker fees, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to live where and when they want.
We're Looking for a Results-Driven Professional
We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Business Development and Sales Strategy to join our team in our HQ, Barcelona. This key role will take the business to the next level by developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and drive business success. You will negotiate and build strong relationships with large clients and partners, driving a solid reputation for Ukio in the industry.
About the Role
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2B sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for a professional with:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team in the digital industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.
- Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
