About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Gartner, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue expansion across high-tech mid-sized enterprise client accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives across various High Tech organizations, building long-lasting relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Contract Renewal and Upsell: Manage and retain existing client research contracts, and develop strategies to increase net contract value and drive business growth objectives.
  • New Business Development: Utilize strategic outreach strategies to sign and win new logos for Gartner, expanding the company's presence in the high-tech market.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-8 years of experience in a professional setting with a proven track record of success in targeted sales environments
  • English and German OR French OR Greek fluency
  • Proven intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • Experience selling IT, staffing/recruiting, or professional services solutions
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and challenger sales methods
