**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team at ADP, Inc.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our product reach and profit revenues within the SME market, while achieving individual sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in business-to-business selling, with a proven track record of identifying, hunting, and closing new business. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage the cold calling/teleprospecting lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ADP's product and service offerings through attendance at classroom and individual training sessions.
  • Identify prospective clients/sales opportunities within your designated market segment (i.e., 50-199 employees) and nominated territory.
  • Identify and harness additional sales opportunities while promoting ADP's products and services through attendance at industry networking functions.
  • Be a self-starter/motivator who will consistently achieve and exceed sales results and KPIs as set by ADP.
  • Effectively manage the cold calling/teleprospecting lifecycle.
  • Record and manage all client contact and sales-related intellectual property within the specified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
