Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Madrid or Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing local key accounts and acquire new distribution partners to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide technical solutions, consultancy, and product training to key accounts and main installers/EPCs.
  • Prepare and lead tenders for photovoltaics inverter acquisitions from main customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Act as a liaison with the local Sales Director and German sales and product management department.

Requirements:

  • Highly qualified Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • At least 6 years of experience in direct and indirect sales and distribution of technical products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong customer orientation, technical expertise, and sales acumen.
  • Experience in PV sales involving local clients is an advantage.
