About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to drive business growth in our assigned area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for capturing and maintaining our client portfolio, increasing customer satisfaction, and promoting commercial performance in Operations and business units.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative selling, analysis of corporate tools, and customer entry routes. Increase the customer portfolio by delivering tailored mobility solutions that meet their needs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction levels to ensure we meet expectations. Take corrective actions to address deviations and maintain high-quality service standards.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with Management Control to implement pricing strategies that balance market willingness to pay and product profitability. Ensure timely monitoring and reporting to maintain profitability and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Market Presence: Attend sectoral events, corporate events, and customer meetings to increase our presence and build business relationships with current and potential customers.
- Commercial Performance: Promote improvement in commercial performance across Operations and business units, focusing on quality of service, office openings, sales opportunities, and complaint management channels.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Business Vision: Develop a deep understanding of the mobility industry and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Planning and Organization: Plan and execute sales strategies, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Result-Oriented: Focus on achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving commercial performance.
- Commercial Profile: Possess a strong commercial acumen, with experience in cloud-based CRM systems, data analytics tools, and AI-based business tools.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Catalan (mandatory) and English (recommended).
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Base Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
