About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Henco Group. As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the installation sector, with a focus on wholesale and contracting clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Active recruitment of installers and contractors to ensure the building of sustainable cooperation.
- Representing Henco Group as a sustainable partner in building projects through collaboration with engineering consultants and housing companies.
- Managing existing customer relationships with wholesalers, emphasizing the latest developments, and developing commercial activities to increase the turnover of Henco Group.
- Effecting geographic development and spreading of risks by constant evaluation, increasing turnover, and increasing the number of users.
- Regularly analyzing market developments and sales activities and reporting to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- A dynamic person with good relevant commercial experience in the field of wholesale, installers, and contracting bodies.
- Being enterprising and able to independently structure and plan your work.
- Being prepared for extensive traveling and overnight trips.
- Using commercial thinking and general development to initiate specific activities that soon bring results in this market.
- Maintaining a tidy appearance and punctuality, demonstrating these qualities with your own organization, presentations, and suggestions.
- Having a fascination for the installation sector and installation technology.
- Possessing good knowledge and a network of the heating and sanitary business.
- Being comfortable with a home office and a small team of colleagues.
