Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of the Sales Strategy team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall effectiveness and performance of our sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead strategic planning and revenue growth initiatives across various market segments
- Develop and maintain detailed reports and analyses to provide actionable insights into sales performance
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and synchronized business objectives and customer needs
- Support informed decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations to sales leaders
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in strategy consulting, finance, or business intelligence/data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and strategic insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
