About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business opportunities through strategic partnerships, networking, and sales initiatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our colleagues across departments to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.

Job Description:
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through targeted sales initiatives, account management, and business development.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and relationship-building.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in revenue growth and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
