Revenue Growth Lead

Catenon is seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Lead to join our team in Barcelona. This exciting opportunity offers a salary of €90,000 per year.
About the PositionThis role is responsible for developing and implementing sales action plans to generate top-line revenue and RevPAR for the hotel. You will also analyze forecasts, cost, and revenue reports to make informed sales strategy decisions.
- Lead property groups/Transient meetings ensuring revenue maximization and profit.
- Maintain fluent contact with partners to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Participate in Sales Calls and tradeshows to assigned market(s).
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with at least 3 years as a senior manager or ADOS within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent spoken and written communications skills in Spanish and English.
