**Salary**

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

**Job Description**

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven B2B Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth of our client portfolio in the EU market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with our Account Management and Delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively search for and approach potential B2B clients in the EU market
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings to present our services and negotiate deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials and support the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with account and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for our clients

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with recruitment and staffing services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and additional European language is beneficial
