About the Role:
Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our Acquisition Marketing team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our internal New Business Sales partners across European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams.
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Conduct eligibility checks using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible for acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to sales team's needs.
- Deliver a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target.
- Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research.
- Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education.
- B2 level or higher of market being supported.
- Native level of Greek or any CEE language.
- Advanced level of English.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
