Spanish Business Growth Specialist

Teleperformance, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Barcelona.
About the Role:The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our New Business Sales partners across European markets. As a Spanish Business Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and prospecting high-potential customers to support our internal sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and qualify leads for our internal New Business Sales teams using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Conduct thorough company evaluations to assess potential and ensure policy compliance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and market seasonality to inform lead sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead and ensure timely prospecting.
- Deliver a set of high-quality leads based on agreed quarterly targets.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of work in a presentable format.
- 1 year of experience in digital advertising or market research.
- Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher.
- B2 level or higher of market being supported.
- Native level of Spanish.
- Advanced level of English.
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
- Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress on a daily basis.
- Able to think strategically and follow market trends.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Comfortable working with reports, databases, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment.
- High standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong time management & prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented.
- Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
- This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
- Salary: 18,461.68 € gross/year + up to 3,210.00 € gross/year in bonus.
