Amazon Business Growth Specialist

At Amazon Business, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Growth Specialist. This role is a key part of our commercial sales development team, responsible for driving growth and adoption of our business solutions.
We're passionate about building innovative solutions that help businesses thrive. As a Growth Specialist, you'll work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer spend adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting high potential prospects to introduce them to the concept and benefits of Amazon Business
- Driving and accelerating spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions
- Discovering customer purchasing processes and pain points, and identifying potential for high complexity features
- Delivering webinars and organizing customer events
- Delivering accurate weekly reporting on growth pipeline and customer spend adoption
- Working closely with sales team and sales leadership to provide status updates and insights learned during deployment
You'll also focus on automating services needs for customers and work with our Product Management and Technical teams to develop solutions that increase solution adoption.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Spanish and English language proficiency
- BA/BS degree
- 1-2+ years of sales management, purchase/buyer, operations experience or consulting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
