About the Role:

Amazon is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Account Health Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon's selling partners to resolve any incoming issues via phone and email. You will manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, utilize strong investigation skills to find the root cause of Account Health-related issues, and provide viable solutions to sellers.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and a keen interest in process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, a strong record of customer focus, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.

Education and Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include prior contact center experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
