As an Account Health Support (AHS) Specialist, you will play a crucial part in helping third-party sellers succeed on Amazon's marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure sellers are compliant with Amazon's policies, interacting with them via phone and email in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Amazon's selling partners in resolving incoming issues via phone and email.
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls (up to 80% of work time) and emails.
Utilize strong investigation skills to identify the root cause of Account Health-related issues and provide viable solutions to sellers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
C1 level of English and German proficiency.
Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Able to use online communication and collaboration tools with ease.
Working Conditions
This is an office-based role at our premier office facility in Barcelona, Spain. Additional flexibility to work from home, up to a maximum of 2 days per week.
