Fleetone Solutions S.L. is a small, dynamic B2B company that develops top-notch Fleet Management software for organizations with over 100 vehicles.
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Hero who can communicate effectively in German and thrive in an IT-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent organizational skills, and have experience working with IT systems and customer support tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide top-notch assistance to our clients, resolving issues and ensuring seamless interactions within our IT system.
- Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of precision.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals that showcase the value of our services to prospective clients.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Experience with IT systems and customer support tools
- A knack for writing, with the ability to create clear, compelling proposals and emails
